Rock Chick Remix is a non stop party onstage. Formed in 2011, Meg Lanzarone and Molly Dorsman are the creators, producers, and original performers of the greatest female rock tribute show around. Individually, they both have extensive careers as recording artists, world travelers, original music producers and performers in Off-Broadway shows, so together they are a force to be reckoned with! Rock Chick Remix brings the audience to their feet with a live concert experience featuring powerhouse vocals and a nostalgic genre that is under represented in the live performance industry – the hits by the greatest rock chicks!
With two fully produced and charted shows for a live band, plus over 100 songs for their live acoustic sets, Rock Chick Remix will keep the audience rocking all night! The set lists are hand picked by Meg and Molly, featuring their favorite hit songs by Janis Joplin, Debbie Harry, Joan Jett, Heart, Stevie Nicks, P!nk and many more. Meg is an AEA/AGVA actress, singer, and impressionist with 20+ years in the Entertainment industry. She has traveled the world as a singer most recently performing the role of OZ in the Queen musical We Will Rock You, Off-Broadway in the 50s/60s jukebox musical The Marvelous Wonderettes, and in the long-running SNL style comedy NEWSical the Musical. She has appeared on CBS New York & E! News imitating pop icons Katy Perry & Madonna, and she has fronted several party and tribute bands throughout the Northeast. Meg is a resident Recording Artist for Theatrical Rights Worldwide lending her vocals to commercials and demo tracks for such Broadway shows as Addams Family, Ghost the Musical, Grease, & Memphis to name a few. Meg has always wanted to be the 5th Beatle so she is ready to rock your socks off!
Molly is a recording artist and professional guitarist with extensive experience preforming live in every kind of venue from casinos to cruise ships globally. She has opened for Jay Leno, appeared and performed on various TV and radio shows including Fox TV, NBC New Day Morning Show, and sang the National Anthem for the Baltimore Orioles and the Little League World Series. She has performed her original music in famous venues all over the U.S., including at the Bitter End and the Bowery Ballroom in New York City, won a place in Boston's Battle of the all female bands, and played the Tin Angel in Philadelphia to name a few. She fronts various covers bands performing for wedding and corporate events every weekend.
